What Is the Dong Ba Brewery Guest Portal?
The Guest Portal is a digital hub designed for guests visiting Dong Ba Brewery.
Each table has its own QR code, allowing the system to recognize the correct location and send requests to our team.
The Guest Portal was not created to replace personal service. It simply gives guests another convenient way to order or request assistance while helping our staff receive clearer information — especially when the taproom is busy.
Our team will always be available if you would rather order directly, ask questions or hear more about the beers.
Everything You Need, Right on Your Phone
Order Directly From Your Table
Once you are seated, open the Guest Portal and select “Order” to browse the current menu and choose your food or beer directly from your phone.
Your order request will be sent to the Dong Ba Brewery system for our staff to review and confirm.
You do not need to wait for a printed menu or look around for a staff member when the taproom is busy. However, our team is always happy to offer personal recommendations if you would like to know more about a dish or beer.
You can also explore the craft beers currently available at Dong Ba Brewery, from bright and approachable Pale Ale to hop-forward IPA, smooth wheat beers and creative seasonal releases.
View Your Bill and Request the Check
The “View Bill & Check Out” section allows guests to review the items ordered at their table and keep track of the current total.
When you are ready to finish your visit, you can send a request for the check through the Guest Portal. A member of our team will receive the request and complete the payment process at your table.
This helps reduce waiting time while giving both guests and staff a clearer view of the order.
The Guest Portal does not currently process online payments. Payment is still handled by our staff using the available payment methods at the brewery.

Sometimes you only need an extra napkin, want to call a staff member or have a small request without having to wave across the room.
